Giganet provides three categories of home broadband plans:
- Unlimited Broadband: Offers unlimited data at the speed selected by the user.
- Limited Broadband: Offers limited data at the mentioned speed. After the data limit is reached, browsing continues at FUP (Fair Usage Policy) speed.
- OTT + Broadband: Bundled with unlimited plans that include high-speed internet and OTT subscriptions (SonyLiv, Prime Video, Zee5, Disney+ Hotstar, and more). Visit the OTT + Broadband section for specific plan details.
2. How can I apply for a Giganet broadband connection?
To apply, follow these steps:
- Provide your location for a feasibility check by our executive.
- If the connection is feasible and within the range for free installation, you will receive free installation. Otherwise, installation charges will apply.
- Submit the required payment and documents.
- Installation will be completed within 4-7 days.
3. What documents are required for a home broadband connection?
You need to submit the following:
- Identity Proof (e.g., Aadhaar Card).
- Address Proof (e.g., Sale Deed or Electricity Bill).
- Passport-size photo.
4. What equipment is provided with the installation?
- An ONU (Optical Network Unit) is provided on a deposit fee.
- Router: You can purchase a router online or from the Giganet store. Initial configuration is free; subsequent configurations cost ā¹350.

5. What is the installation process and cost?
- Free Installation: Provided if your location is within the feasible range.

6. What happens if I exceed my data limit on a Limited Broadband plan?
If you exceed your data limit, your speed will drop to the FUP speed, allowing unlimited browsing at the reduced speed.
7. Can I change my broadband plan later?
Yes, you can upgrade or change your plan based on your requirements. Visit the respective plan section for details.

- If you require router configuration after the first free setup, there is a ā¹350 charge.
